Gina Renee Burton is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Credible Coaching & Consulting. She is a seasoned healthcare executive, transformational leader, and trusted advisor with over two decades of experience advancing operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth across complex healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, and business enterprises. She brings a rare blend of executive insight, technical expertise, and a passion for developing people, positioning her uniquely to support individual leaders, small businesses, and large organizations alike.

Gina currently serves as Associate Vice President of EHR Revenue Cycle Optimization and Implementation at Bancroft, a leading nonprofit healthcare provider. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide efforts to align clinical, financial, and operational systems—enhancing efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. Prior to this, she served as Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, where she transformed billing, contracting, credentialing, and patient access functions to create scalable infrastructure and measurable outcomes.

Her career also includes executive and consulting roles with major institutions where she managed large-scale transformation projects, including patient access redesign and revenue optimization across multi-site systems. Her success in both startup and established environments gives her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build from the ground up and evolve existing operations.

Her consulting approach is rooted in data and elevated by a people-first lens—empowering clients to implement sustainable change, strengthen internal capabilities, and lead with clarity and confidence.​
